Saint-Armand is renowned for its gorgeous landscape, and its history and heritage. These inspiring places also charmed an array of artists, who chose to make this the setting for their artistic creations. This wide range of activities will delight lovers of the arts, as well as artists and visitors. Thus far three venues have been designated to stage the cultural activities program: the community centre, Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes church and la Place du quai bordering Lake Champion in the Philipsburg sector. By identifying the cultural aspect as one of the focal points of development in our community, the municipal council is striving to consolidate the current and emerging cultural activities and encourage people in the community to develop other initiatives.  The members of the Conseil de direction du Carrefour culturel de Saint-Armand, which is the governing board for the cultural component, has the mandate of providing a structure and supporting these projects.
