Sue's paintings in oils, watercolours or encaustics, are mainly representational done in an expressionistic style. Her work is bold and colourful. Sue has been painting her whole life. She was an art teacher in Montreal, Vermont and in Park City , Utah where she taught High School Art - Drawing and Painting to 10th, 11th and 12th graders including AP Studio Art. She was also Chairman of the Fine Arts Department at Park City High School. Sue studied with Gino Lorencini at MacDonald College and A. Bazak at the Saide Bronfman Center in Montreal. She received her Masters in Education from the University of Vermont where she worked on Art curriculum development and instruction as well as developing her own skills. Most recently she spent two full weeks painting and attending lectures on Contemporary Art at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
