"Artist-painter, illustrator, contributor to the ''Ici Maintenant'' newspaper and animator for visual arts workshops, Manon Marchand has always been immersed in creative arts. She is currently drawing on her artistic inspiration while walking on hiking trails in the province of Québec and on her trips in the Alps, the Canadian and American Rockies. But it is the evolution of the human spirit that she paints, with the mountains she creates as a backdrop. Manon Marchand has two bachelor degrees ( creative arts and teaching), a certificate in visual arts and a diploma in graphic design.
